Return & Refund Policy

We offer return and refund facility for the products that for some reasons did not meet the expectation with the following criteria:

When you can claim return or refund?

  • Delivery of wrong product. If the product is not the same one that you ordered or found mismatch as the product description that mentioned on the website.
  • If the product has any defect by its manufacturer.
  • Product with missing parts and accessories.

How to return & replace product or claim refund?

  • Contact us through phone numbers, Facebook, Whatsapp or email and notice the return or refund issue with the order number.
  • Mention the valid reason as mentioned above for return or refund.
  • Customer must return the product/s within 7 days of product purchase.
  • Product must be returned to Cellsii.com's office.

Things that must need to know

  • Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents to avail return, replacement and refund facility. Any further complaints will not be accepted since it is not possible to identify whether the product was damaged by the customer or the manufacturer.
  • If any date expired product/s mistakenly delivered, raised it by the customer, no questions will be asked from us and the customer will get replacement or refund.
  • Customer will bear the delivery cost to return any product for refund or replacement.
  • To avail a full refund, the customer must return the product/s to our address in absolutely good condition.
  • Replacement of a product is subject to availability of the same on Cellsii.com.
  • In case of a damage issue, the customer must need to prove that it was happened from manufacturer's end. In this regard, we require unboxing video.
  • Refunding amount through the online banking transaction may take time which actually depends on the third party process. We try to do our part as fast as possible to initiate the refund for our all valued customers.

Return/replacement may not apply in any of the following conditions

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Unable to return product/s within 7 days of purchase
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging etc. that is originally included with the product(s) delivered.

No complain will be acceptable after 7 days of the product purchase.

Our return and refund policy is described above. According to the policy, stores are required to submit the refund amount. We require the store to accept returns within 7 business days of purchase.
