• Regular delivery time: 1 to 7 working days
• Express delivery time: 1 to 12 hours (for Dhaka city only). We need phone confirmation for this fast delivery. It depends on the availability of product/s and relevant support. Delivery charge also depends on product size, weight and delivery destination.
• Regular delivery charge for inside Dhaka = 65 tk.
• Delivery charge for out side Dhaka = 130 tk.
• Delivery charge may vary upon the product weight, type, size and also price.
• The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated online at the checkout.
• The estimation is performed according to the weight of items and their destination.
• We deliver orders anywhere in Bangladesh.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with almost all products available at Cellsii.com for the delivery in Dhaka and all over the country. New customers from out side Dhaka must pay at least 100 tk. (amount depend on the product type, price and weight) in advance and can avail rest amount in COD. The rest amount can be paid at courier office while receiving the product/s.

To avail Cash on Delivery with the amount of 5000 tk or more in Dhaka or anywhere in the country, for order safety, customer need to pay at least 300 tk. (amount depend on the product type, price and weight) in advance.

Since we are committed to provide the highest customer support, we offer easy return, replacement and refund facility for the products that for some reasons did not met the desired expectation. we ensure the product return, replacement and refund with the following criteria:

When you can claim return or refund?

• Delivery of wrong product. If the product is not the same one that you ordered or found mismatch as the product description that mentioned on the website.
• If the product has any defect by its manufacturer.
• Product with missing parts and accessories.

How to return & replace product or claim refund?

• Contact us through phone numbers, Facebook, Whatsapp or email and notice the return or refund issue with the order number.
• Mention the valid reason as mentioned above for return or refund.
• We provide 7 days return and replacement facility which means if customer wants, he/she must return the product/s within 7 days of product purchase.
• Product must be returned to Cellsii.com's office or to SA Paribahan or Sundarban courier Uttara, Dhaka branch office.

Things that must need to know

• Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents to avail return, replacement and refund facility.
• Customer will bear the delivery cost to return any product for refund or replacement.
• Cellsii.com will not bear the service charge which might be deducted by respective bank or third party for online transaction while refunding money.
• To avail a full refund, customer must return the product/s to our address in absolutely good condition.
• Replacement of a product is subject to availability of the same on Cellsii.com.
• In case of damage issue, customer must need to prove that it was happened from manufacturer end. In this regard, we require unboxing video.
• Refunding amount through the online banking transaction may take time which actually depends on the third party process. We try to do our part as fast as possible to initiate the refund for our all valued customers.

Return/replacement may not apply in any of the following conditions

• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Unable to return product/s within 7 days of purchase
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging etc. that is originally included with the product(s) delivered.

No complain will be acceptable after 7 days of the product purchase.
